Eddy current test set is usually used to detect surface and subsurface defects such as cracks in Aeroengine blades, bolts, cracks in screw holes, multi-layer structure of aircraft, landing gear, hub and aluminum skin, and also to detect defects in wing joint welds. The interference signal caused by probe shaking and uneven material can be effectively suppressed in the detection. Metal magnetic memory testing technology can be used for the diagnosis of stress concentration or early damage of the components mentioned above.
Eddy current test set is used for in-service and pre-service testing of non-ferrous and ferrous metal pipes (such as copper pipes, titanium pipes, stainless steel pipes, boiler four pipes) in power plants (thermal power plants, nuclear power plants), petrochemical (oil fields, refineries, chemical plants) and other fields. It can reliably detect intergranular corrosion, wall thinning and wall wear of pipeline, and can effectively remove the interference signals of support plate and tube plate in the detection. In addition, the eddy current method is also used to detect the central holes of turbine shaft, engine blades, sucker rods, drill rods, bolts, screw holes and other components; acoustic pulse detection technology can be used for rapid detection of various metal or non-metal pipelines; metal magnetic memory technology is used for early damage diagnosis of ferromagnetic parts of in-service equipment.
In the process of flaw detection, eddy current test set can take both long and minor defects (such as through holes) such as long and slow damage into account. It can effectively suppress some interference signals (such as uneven material, sloshing, etc.) during on-line and off-line inspection of pipelines, and has high sensitivity for defect detection of inner and outer walls of metal pipelines. It can also be used for separation of mixtures of mechanical parts, evaluation of carburizing depth and heat treatment status, hardness measurement, etc.
Eddy current test set is used to detect metal pipelines such as nuclear fuel rods, titanium tubes and threaded tubes. It can be used for pre-service and in-service detection of barrel, missile launcher, shell base, shell shell shell, engine blade, wing, landing gear and hub of fighter aircraft. Metal magnetic memory technology is used for early diagnosis of metal structures such as armored vehicles and warships; low frequency electromagnetic field and magnetic leakage technology are used for quality control of ferromagnetic materials such as decks, oil tanks and welds.
