The BKN-PMFT pre-multi-frequency eddy current sorter is the world-leading product of BKN.
Main Tests: The eddy current sorter performs tests for material mixing, poor hardness, cracks, uneven depth of hardened layers, secondary tempering, surface decarburization, overheating, over-burning, and abnormal metallographic structures. The pre-multi-frequency eddy current sorter operates simultaneously with eight frequencies, displaying the measurement signals of each frequency in real time. It automatically sets the threshold value, the elliptical sorting field, the sorting domain position and size, and determines the detection result. When applied to online automatic detection, the eddy current sorter can set the signal delay and detection time, effectively suppress interference signals, and provide multiple automatic control input and output ports for functions such as automatic sound and light alarms and sorting.
