The Roller Eddy Current Hardness Sorting Machine is suitable for sorting and testing the hardness and material of cylindrical steel parts such as cylindrical rollers, tapered rollers, and needle rollers. It realizes zero-defect control of the performance of the entire batch.


The roller hardness sorter has a calibration device, input compensation parameters, automatic/manual temperature compensation, light intensity compensation, and automatic temperature measurement and correction. The digital potentiometer is used to adjust the gain of the amplifier through program control. The gain parameters can be set for different battery chips, and the software working mode can be changed to adapt to various battery test applications without changing the hardware.

The eddy current system consists of six parts: an eddy current sorter, probe, feeder, mechanical device, electrical control, and aluminum profile rack. The spherical parts arranged automatically by the hopper slide into the charging path in turn. After detection by the eddy current probe, the workpiece is controlled by the sorting cylinder to enter the corresponding qualified or unqualified passage.
