What Is An Eddy Current Flaw Detector

Eddy current testing machine is generally non-destructive testing. The flaw detection machine is specially designed for shipbuilding, petroleum, chemical, machinery, transportation, and construction industries to check the quality of processing and welding of materials and components such as hulls, pipelines, high-pressure vessels, boilers, aircraft, vehicles, and bridges. It is also used to check the quality of various light metal, rubber, ceramic and other processed parts. The eddy current nondestructive equipment displays the two-dimensional graph and dynamic time base curve of the eddy current signal of the testing object in real time on the same screen and in multiple windows. The large-screen signal display of the computer adopts multi-mode alarm technology, which makes the operation of the instrument easier and more reliable. The eddy current flaw detector can quickly detect the surface cracks, dark seams, pores, inclusions and opening cracks of metal pipes, rods and wires of various materials.

Eddy testing equipment is a fully automatic eddy current testing instrument that uses large-scale imported integrated circuits, combined with advanced eddy current testing technology, photoelectric sensing technology, and computer control technology. Equipped with a beautifully designed mechanical transmission device to form a complete mechatronics system, it is a fully automatic eddy current flaw detector with a complete system in China. Using operating software based on WINDOWS 7 operating system makes the use of eddy current flaw detector more concise and intelligent. After a long-term first-line production inspection, the instrument has stable and reliable performance, and has the advantages of high degree of automation and fast detection speed.
